Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the display you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original anti-static packaging and protective foam inserts to prevent transit damage; please ensure all cables, remotes, and manuals are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of the box, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
